Job Description
Join 365 Care Group Private Limited as a Customer Support Officer located in Gulberg 3, Lahore. We are offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 40,00 to 50,00. Full-time positions are available for both morning shifts (11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.) and night shifts (11:00 p.m. – 11:00 a.m.) across a five-day work week.
In this role, you will oversee daily Control Room Operations, assist staff with troubleshooting inquiries, and maintain the Roster Management System while prioritizing key issues.
Applicants must possess excellent English communication skills and a keen eye for detail. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and candidates with 0-1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided.
