Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to develop U.S. client relationships, manage full-cycle recruitment, and contribute to revenue growth. The role requires sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring compliance with U.S. hiring regulations.
- Responsibilities: identify and engage U.S.-based clients, lead end-to-end recruiting, maintain accurate ATS/CRM records, and meet sales and placement targets.
- Qualifications: 2–5 years in staffing or sales, strong consultative selling skills, proficiency with ATS/CRM, and excellent written and verbal communication.
