Job Description
Enterprises is looking for a dedicated HR Admin Assistant to join our HR team. This pivotal role involves providing administrative support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, record-keeping, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication capabilities, and a keen eye for detail, and will report directly to the Head Office HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in recruitment efforts and coordinate interview schedules.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Support payroll processing tasks.
- Administer employee benefits and address inquiries.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required; HR degree preferred.
- Prior administrative or HR experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
