Job Description
SWATX is looking for a highly skilled CRM & Billing Technical Lead with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated enterprise CRM and billing solutions. Strong leadership and technical skills are essential for guiding teams toward achieving scalable and high-performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Manage integrations with ERP systems, payment gateways, and customer portals.
- Ensure adherence to best coding practices.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and manage software upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on solution architecture and design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and billing solutions.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Azure.
