Job Description
PepsiCo is looking for a highly qualified Electrical Team Lead to manage maintenance operations for electrical and instrumentation equipment. This crucial role is essential for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our plant’s operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing maintenance plans, developing master schedules, establishing standard operating procedures for calibration and safety, and overseeing critical spare parts programs. Additionally, you will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to uphold AIB standards and promote continuous improvement initiatives among technicians.
Applicants should possess a Diploma, B-Tech, or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Instrumentation, along with relevant experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. Strong computer skills and proficiency in written communication are essential.
