Job Description
Safa Worldwide Private Limited is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Representatives with a minimum of 12 months of experience. We also encourage fresh candidates fluent in English to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate calls to international clients.
- Follow established scripts and effectively manage incoming calls.
- Handle outbound calls with professionalism.
- Identify customer needs and promote additional products.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English with a professional accent.
- Previous experience is preferred, but fresh candidates are welcome.
