Job Description
Planlab Solutions is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative for the night shift at our Model Town Link Road office in Lahore. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or supervision.
Your role will involve managing email inquiries, live chat, and phone calls with international clients. A strong command of spoken and written English is essential, along with experience using CRM tools such as Zendesk or Gorgias.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month, commensurate with experience.
