Job Description
Grand City is looking for a committed Call Centre Representative to handle inbound and outbound communications regarding overdue payments and customer inquiries. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as a dedication to outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls concerning payment due dates and account statuses.
- Conduct outbound calls for payment reminders and discuss recovery options.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve payment-related disputes.
- Utilize WhatsApp for correspondence related to payments and solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Prior customer service or call centre experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM systems with a keen attention to detail.
This full-time, in-person position offers a competitive salary starting at Rs70,00.00 per month.
