About the Role:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular engagement.
- Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing inquiries and showcasing our products effectively.
- Facilitate the contract renewal process by following up on updated rates and ensuring timely signatures on revised agreements.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and assisting in the sales closure process.
