Job Description
Executive Global Services is seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Call Center Agent in our Customer Service/Support department. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for those who excel in communication and customer care.
As a Call Center Agent, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide comprehensive product and service information, and resolve issues efficiently.
We are looking for candidates with strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills, as well as basic computer proficiency. Previous call center experience is a plus.
The starting salary for this position is Rs40,00.00 per month, and it is located in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
