Cyber System Private Limited is looking for a committed Customer Support Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Lahore. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding online support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally manage inbound audio/video calls.
• Schedule and oversee patient appointments.
• Conduct eligibility verifications and follow up as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Deliver timely and effective customer support services.

Qualifications: Fluency in English, proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask under pressure, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Salary: PKR 60,00 to 75,00 per month, plus benefits.
