Job Description
MindStorm Communications is on the lookout for a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to ensure exceptional standards in service delivery. We welcome candidates with 6 to 12 months of quality assurance experience from diverse sectors, excluding call centers. The ideal applicant will exhibit strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to process enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor calls and evaluate processes to uphold quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide performance-boosting feedback on calls.
- Maintain and manage quality-related documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
