This full-time, on-site position involves overseeing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and partnering closely with the CEO to fill various call center roles. Ideal candidates should possess outstanding communication skills and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key qualifications include:
- Ability to navigate challenges typical of a start-up environment
- Willingness to work on-site at Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi
- Availability for night shifts from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM
