Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to oversee our recruitment, training, and employee performance programs. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in Human Resources and a thorough understanding of labor laws.
Key responsibilities include designing competitive compensation packages, conducting performance reviews, and managing employee grievances. You will also assess training requirements and coordinate learning initiatives while keeping track of the HR budget. We are offering full-time, part-time, and internship positions. Salary ranges from Rs25,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month.
