Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for an HR Executive at The Ranking Geeks, situated at TRG Office, Sutlej Ave, Block B1, PGECHS, Lahore. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of up to 80,00 PKR.
Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM
Walk-in Interviews: 8 PM – 10 PM
Preference: Male Candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct walk-in interviews and manage recruitment drives
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes
- Maintain comprehensive HR records and reports
- Collaborate with team leads to identify hiring needs
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience within a call center/BPO environment
- Able to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (preferred)
