Job Description
Physicians Revenue Group is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who possesses a strong background in healthcare, particularly with experience in CureMD, CareCloud, or similar EMR systems. In this position, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and transform business needs into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and create comprehensive documentation.
- Create wireframes and process flow diagrams to visualize developments.
- Draft user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Provide ongoing support to development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Over 5 years of business analyst experience in healthcare or EMR environments.
- Experience with CureMD or CareCloud is essential.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
