Job Description
Aspire92 is currently on the lookout for a dedicated Payroll and Tax Specialist to enhance our team. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in payroll software, particularly QuickBooks, and have expertise in tax-related accounting tasks. This position demands excellence in delivering professional services to our clients by leveraging various cloud-based software solutions for payroll, tax, and accounting functions.
Key responsibilities encompass the preparation and submission of 1099 and W2 forms, overseeing payroll operations, and maintaining effective communication with U.S. clients through phone, text, and email.
The ideal applicant should hold an ACCA, CA (partially qualified), or equivalent certification, exhibit proficiency in English, and have substantial experience with U.S. payroll procedures.
