Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Training and Development Specialist with a Master’s degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field, along with international certifications in education. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in training and development, preferably within an educational setting, and a proven track record of designing and facilitating effective training programs and workshops.
This role involves designing comprehensive training programs, facilitating sessions for educators and assessment teams, and evaluating the effectiveness of programs to ensure alignment with curriculum standards.
