Job Description
Creative Networks is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Intern to join our technical team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals who possess a foundational understanding of IT systems and a strong desire to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Deliver first-level technical support through phone, email, or remote assistance.
