Job Description
We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Calling Agent to become a valued member of our team. This role involves managing incoming calls on our Universal Access Number (UAN) during working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive log of customer complaints and inquiries.
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments for efficient resolution.
- Address complaints within the designated turnaround time (TAT).
Experience: New graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Location: Quaid e Azam Industrial State, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore

Salary: Rs 25,00.00 – Rs 30,00.00 per month
