Job Description
Khyber Al Khaleeg TTC is looking for a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to become an integral part of our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and ensuring a professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a positive first impression by warmly welcoming guests
- Manage incoming phone calls, screening, and forwarding as necessary
- Ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable
- Address inquiries with accurate and helpful information
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
