– Timely resolution of assigned complaints and requests

– Thoroughly investigate issues in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

– Meet turnaround time (TAT) targets consistently

– Undertake additional relevant tasks as needed

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree

– Minimum of 1 year of customer care experience

– Strong decision-making capabilities

– Proficiency in MS Office

Salary: PKR 50,00 – 60,00/month
