Job Description
Right Medical Billing is searching for a dynamic leader to head operations at our new branch in Faisalabad. This role entails overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in the medical billing and coding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and guide cross-functional teams.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with US clients to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and staff development initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of experience in operations management within medical billing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Salary: Rs150,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month.
