Job Description
We are looking for a Live Ops Associate to deliver real-time operational support, manage our rider fleet, and oversee daily reporting at Rider (YC WC22). This position requires exceptional operational skills, adept problem-solving capabilities, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live dashboards to track order flow and execution.
- Collaborate with riders and customers to address and resolve issues.
- Uphold service standards and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
- Manage rider schedules and availability.
- Compile and present daily reports to management.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in operations or logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills.
