Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Purpose: The CRM Lead will oversee the management of the company’s CRM platform. This position ensures efficient customer data management, effective lead tracking, and streamlined vendor registration processes. Key responsibilities include performing CRM updates, monitoring customer interactions, and generating accurate reports.
Required Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field is required.
