Job Description
Maintain a CV bank and End-to-end recruitment process which includes preparing and posting job ads, screening, scheduling interviews and representing HR in interviews, and placing job offers/processing appointment letters in liaison with central HR.
· To arrange for interview with administrator of the unit for replacement as soon as resignation is received.
· To maintain employee files including 4 passport sized photographs, education records, past employment record, training records and current employment official letters if any.
· To follow-up with central HR for probation evaluation form upon completion of three month and get the evaluation done by concerned administrator.
· Activate/De-activate employee on FlowHcm and moodle. (ID Generation).
· Responsible for issuance of cards to every employee.
· Ensure completion of pre- and post-employment documentations and uploading of employee personnel files on FlowHcm. (Credentialing and uploading of personal documents on FlowHcm)
· Ensure arrangement of laptops for Management staff (if any) and email addresses of all new hires are timely created.
· Process End of Probation Forms timely and efficiently.
· Ensure new employee 3 days orientations through concerned in charges and nominating employees in required clinical trainings (clinical).
· Assist ER administrators in performance appraisal exercise in liaison with central HR
· Initiate/assist in employee relations (disciplinary, uninformed attendance cases etc.) and work in close coordination with central.
· 13 End to end full and final (resignations, clearance and exit interviews) in liaison with central HR.
Job Specification:
The candidate must have
Graduation 4 years with specialization in HR/MBA HR
Must have 2-3 Years of experience in similar position.
Must be willing to travel out of stations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
