We’re on the hunt for a talented individual to not only manage our social media channels but also drive engagement, build strong connections, and turn leads into clients, with a keen focus on B2B markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically grow and manage our presence on Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, and Facebook Groups.
• Identify and engage with potential international clients and businesses.
• Craft and implement targeted social media strategies to generate high-quality leads and secure deals.
• Keep up with industry trends while actively participating in online communities to boost brand visibility.
• Maintain a strong and credible presence in relevant groups and forums.
• Execute outbound B2B outreach campaigns via LinkedIn also.
• Build and manage lead lists using online tools and directories.
• Craft engaging and personalized messages for cold outreach.
• Monitor response rates, follow up with prospects, and maintain communication flow.
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements for better engagement.
• Collaborate with the business development team for alignment on target markets and
• messaging.
• Maintain lead data and activity logs using spreadsheets or CRM tools

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing international social media accounts with a focus on outreach.
• Proven experience in B2B social media marketing and outreach as well.
• A results-oriented mindset with strong skills in lead generation and conversion.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• An educated, driven, and self-motivated individual eager to achieve measurable sales targets.
• A creative thinker with the ability to quickly adapt to evolving digital trends.
