Job Description
We are seeking a candidate, responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database, maintaining data integrity, and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
– Enter data into database with high accuracy and attention to detail
– Manage and maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency
– Perform data validation, verification, and correction
– Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed
– Collaborate with team members to ensure data-driven decision-making
Requirements:
– 1+ year of experience in data entry or related field
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
– Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and analytical skills
Working Hours:
– Monday to Saturday
– 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
