Job Description
Together Strategic & Development Consultants is on the lookout for a committed HR Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, conducting background checks, and overseeing the entire recruitment process.
Additionally, you will be instrumental in developing HR strategies, managing performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws.
We are seeking an ideal candidate who possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience and exceptional communication skills.
Location: New Garden Town, Lahore. Work hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Salary: Rs 70,00.00 – Rs 80,00.00 per month.
