Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is actively looking for an experienced HR Executive specializing in BPO recruitment for campaigns based in the UK and USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle for call center roles, utilizing multiple sourcing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment tracking and reporting.
- Facilitate the onboarding process and address HR-related inquiries.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in BPO recruitment.
- Exceptional communication skills; must be available for on-site work during night shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
