Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd., located in Lahore, is seeking a motivated and seasoned General Manager – Administration. This key role involves overseeing administrative operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, compliance, and excellence across the organization.
Key Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Business Management or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a senior administrative or managerial position
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from PKR 150,00 to 200,00, along with 24 paid leaves, a company-maintained car, and gratuity as per company policy.
