Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily restaurant operations.
✅ Lead and train staff to deliver exceptional service.
✅ Ensure compliance with food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
✅ Manage inventory, supplies, and control costs.
✅ Address customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
✅ Create staff schedules ensuring appropriate coverage.
✅ Drive sales and profitability by meeting performance targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
3+ years of experience in fast food or restaurant management.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
