Job Description

Jalal Sons is looking for a highly organized and proactive Receptionist to provide essential support to our CEO/Director. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily schedules and activities, overseeing company emails in the CEO’s absence, and coordinating tasks among administrative staff. Additionally, you will ensure timely follow-ups on meeting reminders, compile weekly reports from various departments, and handle phone inquiries by directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
