Job Description
Walkeaze Pakistan is in search of a committed Customer Support Representative who will handle a significant volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats. The ideal candidate will provide prompt and precise responses to customer inquiries regarding product availability, sizing, and styles.
As an essential team member, you will assist customers with purchasing decisions, identify their needs, and deliver effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. A proven background in customer service is required, with a preference for experience in retail or footwear.
