Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions.
- Create job postings, evaluate resumes, and conduct interviews.
- Collaborate with team leads to address staffing needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain dashboards.
- Achieve hiring objectives effectively.
Ideal Candidate:
- 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
Compensation: Rs40,00 – Rs90,00 per month
