Job Description
AAW is seeking a dedicated and skilled IELTS Trainer to conduct training sessions designed to help students achieve excellent IELTS band scores. This position offers a performance-based compensation model, with trainers earning 50% of net profits after expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dynamic training for both Academic and General Training modules.
- Facilitate classes targeting Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking skills.
- Develop customized practice materials for students at varying proficiency levels.
- Evaluate student performance and deliver personalized feedback.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 1 year of IELTS training experience, and outstanding English communication skills are required. Certification from recognized institutions is advantageous.
