Job Description

Voltic Inc is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to provide assistance to our clients and internal teams with inquiries and technical issues related to our cold-calling operations. The ideal candidate will respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat, resolve complaints efficiently, and assist internal teams in troubleshooting CRM and dialer issues.
