Job Description
Objective: Oversee solar installation teams, ensuring timely progress and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform site assessments and inspections.
- Track daily progress on-site.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards.
- Manage tools and procure necessary materials.
- Train and mentor junior technicians.
- Coordinate with customers for ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Technical training in electrical or renewable energy fields.
Education: DAE / B. Tech in Electrical/Electronics
Experience: 2+ years in solar installation and supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
