Job Description
Link HR Consultants is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to deliver home nursing services for a patient. This position may require either full-time or part-time care within a home environment, ensuring the patient receives both medical attention and personal support in a dignified and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily nursing care and companionship
- Monitor and document vital signs
- Administer prescribed medications
- Assist with personal hygiene and mobility
- Facilitate feeding and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Communicate effectively with the patient’s family
- Accurately document all care provided
Qualifications: A Certified Nursing Diploma and 1-2 years of experience are required. The ideal candidate must be reliable and able to work independently.
