Job Description
Location: Lahore (On-site)
Shift Timing: 7 PM – 4 AM
Salary: PKR 80,00 – 100,00 (Base) + Commission (Potential earnings up to PKR 200,00 – 250,00)
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with clients.
- Oversee contract renewals and service utilization.
- Assess client needs and recommend additional services.
- Monitor client success metrics to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer success, sales, or account management.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities.
