Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Lead Generation Agents to support our U.S.-based B2B campaigns, including partnerships with leading companies like AT&T, Spectrum, Comcast, and VOIP.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to U.S. customers
- Identify and qualify potential leads
- Adhere to scripts and campaign protocols
- Achieve lead generation targets consistently
- Maintain a professional and upbeat demeanor during calls
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance performance
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
- This is an onsite position located in Islamabad or Rawalpindi
- Prior call center experience is advantageous; we welcome freshers to apply!
