Job Description
ZED International is looking for a qualified Travel Agent to become a valuable member of our vibrant team. The successful applicant will have at least 2 years of experience in the field, strong proficiency in Airline Ticketing Software (GDS like Galileo/Sabre), and exceptional skills in customer support and business development.
Your responsibilities will include executing Umrah packages, selling international holiday packages, and managing travel services, including flights, accommodations, and transfers. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, efficiently handle inquiries, process flight tickets, manage tourist visa applications, and collaborate with our support partners.
