Job Description
The Hashmanis Group of Hospitals is looking for a dedicated Call Centre Representative to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of call center experience
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
- Location: Numaish, Head Office
- Exceptional communication skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Making outbound calls
- Responding to inbound calls
