Job Description
Domino’s Pizza Pakistan is seeking a dedicated IT Support Officer for our Multan location. This full-time role requires you to ensure the functionality of all branch systems, including Pulse Servers and printers, across the North and Central regions. You will be tasked with monitoring call center operations, delivering Level 1 software support, and maintaining detailed logs of technical issues.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, along with 1-2 years of hands-on IT support experience. Excellent communication skills, along with a readiness to travel, are crucial for this position.
