Job Description
Three Percent Communication is actively seeking skilled Final Expense Closers to enhance our in-house sales team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients through high-intent inbound calls and convert them into devoted policyholders.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and follow up on leads.
- Promote and sell Final Expense Life Insurance policies.
- Establish trust and accurately assess client needs.
- Close sales and nurture post-sale client relationships.
- Achieve and surpass sales objectives.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of closing experience is mandatory, along with strong English communication skills. This position is office-based; remote work is not an option.
