Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing our human resources functions, which include recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key responsibilities include coordinating the hiring process, overseeing employee onboarding, maintaining comprehensive HR records, and addressing employee concerns. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a strong understanding of HR best practices.
