Job Description
We, at The-Hiring, are looking for a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant (Male) to support our senior management team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, a proactive mindset, and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and travel arrangements effectively
- Professionally handle correspondence and phone calls
- Prepare reports and meeting documentation
- Assist in organizing meetings and maintain an efficient filing system
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in both English and Urdu, as well as MS Office, is essential.
Working Hours: 6 days a week (timing to be discussed)
Compensation: Starting from Rs70,00.00 per month
