Job Description

Job Purpose: The Sales Representative will engage potential school clients through phone outreach, generate leads, share detailed information about our services, and schedule appointments for our field sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to promote our school trip packages.
- Log daily calls and provide updates to the team lead.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships via phone communications.
- Address inquiries and provide thorough explanations of our services.
- Achieve weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications (MS Excel, CRM).
