Job Description
Trax Courier & Logistics is looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee the daily functioning of our branch. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising parcel sorting, managing delivery schedules, and leading staff. The ideal candidate will be skilled in recruiting and motivating team members while ensuring outstanding customer service. Additionally, you will be tasked with financial responsibilities including budget development and performance monitoring.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, proven experience in operations management, excellent leadership abilities, and proficiency with logistics software.

Compensation: Rs65,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
