Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Actively listen to customer concerns to provide effective solutions.
- Offer detailed information regarding products and order statuses.
- Efficiently resolve inquiries and handle complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and strong English language skills are required.
Working Hours: 9:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M. (Monday-Saturday)
